Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years industry experience.
• Broker license required.
• CAIB/CIP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor branch team to achieve targets.
• Drive sales targets and monitor branch KPI reports.
• Promote cross-selling of insurance products to clients.
• Maintain high levels of client service and satisfaction.
• Support Branch Manager in daily operations.

Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our Uptown office in Victoria, BC. Expected Compensation:

The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $43.20 to $54.00 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
