Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our Uptown office in Victoria, BC. This role leads a collaborative sales team, promotes insurance products, and delivers exceptional client service to grow the branch business.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in the industry, holds a Level 2 broker license, and may possess CAIB/CIP and a post-secondary degree. Compensation is hourly; benefits and growth opportunities are available.

• Support the Branch Manager by leading, mentoring and inspiring team members.

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $31.10 to $38.87 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
