Job summary

Westland Insurance Group Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager for our University Heights office in Victoria, BC. You will lead sales, service and client experience, and mentor a team to deliver results.

You’ll promote insurance products, develop strong client relationships, and drive growth while maintaining an inclusive, collaborative culture. A broker Level 2 license and at least three years in insurance are expected.

Qualifications

• At least three years of insurance industry experience.
• Insurance broker Level 2 license required.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma; CAIB/CIP accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire branch team.
• Guide sales agents to meet targets and monitor branch KPIs.
• Pursue new business and additional product sales.
