Westland Insurance Group is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager for our Metrotown Mall office in Burnaby, BC. You will lead a collaborative sales team, promote insurance products, and ensure exceptional client service while growing expertise in the field.

The role focuses on promoting, selling, and servicing insurance products, supporting the Branch Manager, and guiding the team to meet goals within a friendly, open workplace.

Qualifications

• At least three years of industry experience.
• Insurance broker license Level 2 required.
• Bonus! CAIB and/or CIP accreditation and a post-secondary degree/diploma.

Expected Compensation:

The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $31.10 to 38.87 with a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.
