Job summary

Westland Insurance Group Ltd is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our Metrotown Mall office in Burnaby, BC. You’ll lead a collaborative sales team, promote insurance products, and deliver outstanding client service while growing knowledge of the insurance industry.

You’ll work toward targets, empower staff, and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on service excellence and community engagement. Training opportunities and internal career growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Three years of industry experience preferred.
• Licensed Insurance broker Level 2
• Bonus: CAIB and/or CIP with post-secondary degree/diploma

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $31.10 to 38.87 with a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.Westland is committed to continuous learning where employees can grow their potential and write the stories of their careers.
