Insurance Sales Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will leverage your insurance expertise to prospect and acquire new clients, ensuring they have appropriate coverage. This role offers remote/hybrid work with paid licensing and training.

Typical Day
  • Prospect and upsell to clients across various lines of business.
  • Maintain work-life balance with flexible scheduling to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Generate quality new business through networking and building referral sources.
  • Build strong client relationships to promote retention and sustainable growth.
  • Navigate online portals to complete customer applications.
  • Meet or exceed sales and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to meet guidelines.
  • Act as liaison between clients and insurance partners.
  • Engage in continuous self-development through industry involvement and courses.

Hours: 37.5 hrs/week

Location: Remote/Hybrid across Ontario

Salary: Guaranteed income + 50% commission on new business & 30% on renewals
