Position: Insurance Sales Account Executive

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Personal or Commercial Lines Insurance to prospect and acquire new clients, ensuring they have appropriate coverage. This is a hybrid/remote position with paid licensing and training.

Typical Daily Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and upsell to clients across all lines of business.
  • Maintain a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Generate quality new business through networking and building referral relationships.
  • Foster client retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice for sustainable growth.
  • Navigate multiple insurance portals to process customer applications.
  • Achieve and surpass sales and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to meet evolving guidelines.
  • Coordinate with clients and insurance partners to ensure fair representation.
  • Engage in continuous self-development through industry involvement and courses.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes:

  • RIBO License and industry knowledge are assets.
  • A passion for helping clients protect valuable assets.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and earning potential.
  • Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Hours: 37.5/week

Location: Hybrid in King City, Ontario

Salary: Guaranteed income plus 50% commission on new business and 30% on renewals
