Insurance Account Executive

In this role, you will leverage your insurance expertise to prospect and acquire new clients, ensuring they have the coverage they need. This position offers remote/hybrid work, with paid licensing and training.

Typical Daily Responsibilities
  1. Prospect and upsell to clients across all lines of business.
  2. Maintain work-life balance with flexible scheduling to meet sales targets.
  3. Generate quality new business through networking and building referral sources.
  4. Foster client retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice.
  5. Navigate multiple online insurance portals for customer applications.
  6. Meet and exceed sales and retention goals.
  7. Collaborate with underwriters to meet guidelines.
  8. Coordinate between clients and insurance partners to ensure fair representation.
  9. Engage in continuous self-development through industry involvement and courses.

  • RIBO license and industry knowledge are assets; if unlicensed, training will be provided, and licensing obtained within three months.

Hours: 40 hours/week

Location: Remote/Hybrid in Greater Toronto Area, ON

Compensation: Guaranteed income plus commission on new business and renewals.
