About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Installation Project Coordinator to support their installation and maintenance operations in Kimberley . This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of installation projects by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication between technical teams, clients, and management. You will play a key part in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently to meet project deadlines and client expectations. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of project lifecycles within the Installation & Maintenance field.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installation activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, reporting any deviations or potential issues.
• Facilitate communication between installation teams, clients, and internal departments.
• Manage project documentation, including service agreements, installation reports, and client feedback.
• Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers for necessary equipment and materials procurement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role, preferably within Installation & Maintenance .
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to understand technical processes related to installation and maintenance.
• Must be based in or able to commute easily to Kimberley and possess a valid driver's license.
