About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee residential development projects in Kimberley . You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting through to completion and handover. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of residential construction processes and best practices. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the growth and reputation of the company in the Northern Cape region.

Key Responsibilities
