Job summary

PureLogic IT in Kanata, ON, is seeking a Junior Inside Sales Representative to provide operational, procurement, and sales support while building foundational knowledge of IT solutions and vendor engagement.

You will handle quotations, deal registrations, purchase orders, CRM/ERP records, and invoicing; develop strong customer relationships; and grow with a collaborative, hybrid team committed to professional development.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in sales support, customer service, administration, procurement, or similar roles.
• Strong data-entry and typing accuracy.
• Excellent email management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• French-English bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hardware, software, professional services, and maintenance quotations.
• Support deal registrations, special pricing requests, and vendor incentive programs.
• Process customer and vendor purchase orders with high accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement activities with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors.
• Deliver responsive support to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Support invoicing, reporting, returns, credits, and warranty activities.
• Participate in training and professional development initiatives.
