Boundary Equipment is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist in Edmonton. The role sits at the intersection of sales, supply chain, customer service, purchasing, inventory, and technical products. You will act as a key link between customers and internal teams, supporting quotations, orders, pricing, and product information.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Commerce, or related field or relevant experience in inside sales/sales support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate customer quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Process and coordinate customer purchase orders and related documentation.
• Work with customers to identify parts and solutions and understand requirements.
• Support the sales team with pricing, product information, and order status.
• Develop technical and parts knowledge across Boundary product lines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep orders moving.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and product information in ERP systems.
