Job summary

Wolseley Canada invites motivated inside sales professionals to join our Calgary team. You will support inbound inquiries, process sales orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate pricing and inventory data.

Ideal candidates have post-secondary education in business, prior inside sales experience, and the ability to communicate in both French and English. Knowledge of AS400 and a collaborative, customer-first approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or related sales roles preferred.
• Asset: experience with engineered waterworks or related products.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and order entry.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound inquiries and sales orders, ensuring accurate processing and delivery.
• Enter quotations and orders into the system; maintain pricing and inventory info.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers to grow business.
• Prepare quotations and process orders for outside sales staff as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries; meet sales targets.
