Job summary

Rexel Canada, headquartered in Newmarket, Ontario, is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to service customers by phone and email, process orders, and drive quotations daily.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a solid background in inside sales within the electrical distribution sector. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• AS400 experience would be an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience considered as advantage.
• Team Player.
• Experience in electrical products and installation methods, project bidding.

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone and email on a daily basis.
• Process orders, inquiries and quotations every day.
• Consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
• Make at least four outbound calls per day to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding ecommerce.

As Senior Inside Sales Representative based in Newmarket,ON your essential duties will be to:

• Directly service customers via phone & email on a daily basis.
