Job description

Under the supervision of the Regional Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative will support residential sales representatives and existing customers. The role involves implementing various sales strategies, developing bids, and providing after-sales service.

Responsibilities:

1. Support external sales representatives and existing clients.
2. Participate in implementing sales strategies with retailers or in new and multi-unit construction projects.
3. Utilize and help implement sales and marketing tools from various suppliers based on market needs.
4. Assist in applying sales policies across branch networks.
5. Contribute to bid development and project closures.
6. Help select products based on technical applications or specific customer needs.
7. Provide after-sales service to retailers or end users.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• High school vocational diploma in refrigeration or college diploma in building mechanics.
• Knowledge of building services.
• Strong sales and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, plus an annual bonus. Final salary depends on skills and experience.
