What You Will Be Doing
Build a Dazzling Customer Experience Through Account Intimacy to Accelerate Adoption
  • Craft an account specific, all-inclusive engagement & communication strategy that proactively improves customer experience
  • Dazzle customers! Be their trusted advisor for onboarding, license keys & support ticket management
Create & Progress Quality Pipeline
  • Conduct 30+ outbound calls a day to prospect & customer accounts to identify, qualify & progress Opportunities and Meetings
  • Use ABM tactics to identify new contacts & craft personalized campaigns to build pipeline with a high conversion rate
Manage, Close & Forecast Small Deals
  • Progress stale deals
  • Run & close small deals full cycle
  • Assist with larger deals if needed
Must-have Qualifications
  • 2+ Years of demonstrated ability in a customer engaging role such as Sales, Account Management or Customer Success
  • Located near one of our fun locations & able to commute to our Splunk office 1-3x per quarter. Note: This role does not offer relocation assistance.
Nice-to-have Requirements
  • Knowledge of the customer buying process and experience deploying core concepts of Land, Expand, Adopt, and Renew to drive revenue
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a dynamic sales environment
  • Curiosity and passion for continuous learning about products, industry, and customer needs
  • Willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques
