Job summary

Titan Environmental, based in Calgary, AB, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing excellent service to prospective and existing clients.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and help drive revenue through proactive sales efforts. This role emphasizes professionalism and a team-oriented culture; wage will depend on skills and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is considered an asset.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM or sales management software.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries (pricing, product information)
• Learn and become proficient in all industry product knowledge
• Work closely with the Technical Sales Representatives and Procurement
• Prepare and review proposals and quotes with Outside Sales based on project specifications and client needs
• Review RFQ's and technical drawings to develop proposals and quotes based on project specifications and client needs
• Monitor and analyze competitor activity to ensure sales success
• Comply with sales processes and CRM tools to maintain detailed records
• Follow up with customers on orders, quotes and services requested
• Maintain professionalism, tact, and diplomacy to represent the company in a positive manner
