Job summary

A-Apollo Windows & Doors is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service excellence, and effective negotiation to drive sales growth.

The position is based in Calgary, AB, with a base salary of CAD 36,000 per year plus commission. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in inside sales, preferably in the windows and doors

Qualifications

• Proven inside sales experience preferred, especially in Windows & Doors industry.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus.
• Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is advantageous.
• Bilingual candidates fluent in Punjabi/Hindi are highly desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Use CRM to manage interactions, track activities, and maintain records.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
