Brogan Fire & Safety in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Fire & Safety. Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, you will sell products, process customer orders, provide pricing and technical information, and find solutions to customer problems promptly.

Key responsibilities include answering calls promptly, handling inquiries, negotiating prices when needed, resolving service issues, suggesting additional products, and keeping product knowledge up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of industry experience preferable.
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Demonstrated people skills and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Product knowledge across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls promptly, listens and fulfils customer needs.
• Responds to inquiries in a timely manner.
