Qualifications

• On-site in Newmarket, GTA-area resident required.
• Experience with SAP is an asset but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is an asset.
• Postsecondary education in Engineering or Business is an asset but not required.
• French language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes on Interroll's Dynamic Storage line.
• Cross train on product lines for Interroll Canada's customers and provide accurate quotes.
• Prepare reports, sales orders, quotes, order confirmations using SAP.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to track orders and communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Production to meet customer needs.
• Update customers on order status.
• Enter new parts and orders into SAP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep - Newmarket, Ontario

REPORTS TO: Inside Sales Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare quotes primarily on Interroll's Dynamic Storage line


• Cross train on all relevant product lines to Interroll Canada's customer base and provide accurate quotes to customers


• Prepare reports, Sales orders, quotes, order confirmations and other documents by utilizing the company ERP system - SAP


• Work in conjunction with the Regional Sales Managers to track orders, communicate and coordinate with customers.


• Work closely with internal departments to meet customer expectations. (Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Production, etc.)


• Communicate changes in order status to customers


• Input new parts and parts orders into SAP


• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Align with Interroll's Growth Performance Culture.


• Proficiency with SAP is an asset, but not a requirement


• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite considered an asset


• Post secondary education in Engineering or Business considered an asset but not required.


• Written and spoken French considered an asset but not required.


• Live in the Greater Toronto Area with the ability to work on site in Newmarket office
