The Job!

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers. You will utilize your excellent telephone skills and email etiquette to handle customer requests and orders through an SAP system.

• Represent the company to ensure customers are treated with utmost care
• Utilize your product knowledge to optimize sales with each customer
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to strategize sales approaches
• Identify and convert inbound prospect calls into sales opportunities
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
• Participate in periodic sales training to refine your skills

What you bring to the job

You are someone with strong selling skills and come with:

• Minimum one-year + experience in an Inside Sales role
• Knowledge of industrial, mechanical, and electrical products ideal
• Experience working in a distribution branch ideal
• Experience with software, ideally an inventory system (ERP)
• Strong problem-solving and objection resolution skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with high energy
• Proficiency in basic calculations and mathematical figures
