Job summary

Rexel Canada is hiring an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate for Strathroy, ON to build relationships with customers, assist with product inquiries, maintain the database and process orders.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project teams; 1–2 years in inside sales, strong communication, and multitasking under pressure are required. AS400 is an asset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inside/counter sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries in person, by phone, or at the counter.
• Maintain the customer database and process orders.
• Support field sales and project management teams; report to Branch Manager.
