Job summary

Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. in Brampton is seeking a Counter/Inside Sales Representative to process orders, quote small contracting jobs and provide product knowledge to customers. You will service customers via phone and counter, manage quotes and ensure stock availability.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of electrical products, and at least 3 years in the industry. Proficiency with MS Office and AS400 is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is essential.
• Good organizational skills.
• Computer literacy - proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400
• Minimum 3 years experience in the electrical industry.

Responsibilities

• Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales
• Processing orders, inquiries & quotations
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
• Putting away counter stock
• Maintaining the showroom and counter shelves
• Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required
