Job summary

Rexel Canada is hiring an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate for Strathroy, ON to build relationships with customers, assist with product inquiries, maintain the database and process orders.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project teams; 1–2 years in inside sales, strong communication, and multitasking under pressure are required. AS400 is an asset.

What You Will Do With Us

As the Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate based in Strathroy, ON, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, maintain the customer database and receive & process orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

• Sales Support, you will assist customers with any inquiries In-person, via phone and at the counter.

Who Are You

• You have 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
• You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
• You have experience using AS400 (an asset.)

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is approximately CAD 50000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
