Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate based in Strathroy, ON. You will help customers with product inquiries, maintain the customer database, and receive and process orders, reporting to the Branch Manager and supporting the field sales and project management teams.

You will deliver high level customer service, build lasting relationships, and act as a brand ambassador by promoting Rexel's electrical solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
• Experience using AS400 (an asset).

Job Description

As the Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate based in Strathroy, ON, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, maintain the customer database and receive & process orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is approximately CAD 50000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
