Job summary

Rexel in Strathroy, Ontario is hiring an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate to build relationships with customers, assist with product inquiries, and process orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support field sales and project management teams on a daily basis.

You will thrive by delivering outstanding customer service, acting as a brand ambassador, and contributing to a positive, energetic branch environment.

Job Description

As theInsideSales/Counter Sales Associatebased inStrathroy, ON, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, maintain the customer database and receive & process orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

Qualifications

• You have 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
• You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
• You have experience using AS400 (an asset.)

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is approximately CAD 50000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
