Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking a Counter/Inside Sales Representative based in Brampton to handle order processing, provide pricing per margins, and source additional products. He/she prepares small order quotes for contracting jobs while offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is essential.
• Good organizational skills.
• Computer literacy – proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the electrical industry.

Responsibilities

• Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives.
• Putting away counter stock.
• Maintaining the showroom and counter shelves.
• Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required.
