Rexel Canada is hiring an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate in Kenora, ON. You will build customer relationships, source products, and process orders at the counter, reporting to the Branch Manager and ensuring stock availability and showroom upkeep.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer service excellence, and alignment with Rexel’s brand standards to drive sales and impact the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of counter sales/warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: service customers via counter, confirm stock and process orders.
• Warehouse Support: pick, ship, receive orders and replenish stock levels.
• Make a personal impact by delivering high levels of customer service.
• Be a Brand Ambassador by building Rexel’s brand and supporting sales initiatives.
