About the Role

Telecon is seeking an energetic, career-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Sales Support specialist within the Enterprise Cabling Division. This is a 12-month contract with the potential to become permanent, offering a remote work setup.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Sales and Estimating Teams to review Purchase Orders and Work Orders, ensuring accurate scope and proposals.
  2. Coordinate daily project operations to ensure timely, within scope, and budget delivery while maintaining high-quality service and safety standards.
  3. Assist in qualifying sales opportunities and preparing sales documentation.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for outside sales representatives and liaise with clients, estimators, and suppliers.
  5. Prepare internal reports on sales performance, order tracking, and forecasting.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales support, preferably in communications, electrical, or low voltage cabling industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and blueprint reading.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
