Job summary

Ascend Group, based in Mississauga, is expanding its residential ventilation product line and building a new customer channel in the GTA. The role combines inside sales at the Markham branch with weekly field work to grow trade accounts and support the product launch.

You will manage contractor relationships, prepare quotes, and coordinate orders and deliveries, balancing counter sales with field responsibilities. HVAC product knowledge is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in building materials, plumbing, electrical, kitchen and bath, or HVAC.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Be main contact for contractor customers at the Markham branch by phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare quotes and process orders through the B2B portal; coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized trade accounts.
• Spot opportunities to sell across product lines.
• Build a network of retailers and showrooms across York Region and eastern GTA.
• Present the product line, manage samples and displays, onboard new accounts.
• Track pipeline and report market feedback to leadership.
