Job summary

Master, Canada's largest HVAC-R distributor, is hiring a Branch Representative in Fredericton. You will manage customer relationships, process orders and quotations, and promote company products to grow sales with the inside/outside sales teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure. HVAC-R or retail/technical experience is an asset; forklift training can be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone manner and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Good sales abilities and persuasiveness.
• Respond to emergency after hours call in rotation.
• HVAC-R industry knowledge or retail/technical experience is an asset.
• Forklift operation (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment.
• Process orders and quotations and support sales team with requests.
• Manage incoming calls and texts in a professional manner.
• Source parts and/or equipment with buying groups and suppliers.
• Understand clients' needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with accounts.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Address customer concerns and offer timely solutions.
• Conduct physical inventory and maintain accuracy.
• On-call duties to support the branch as assigned.
