We also offer an extensive Parts & Service Department with our highly experienced and Rotary Authorized Trained Service Technicians who conduct Annual Ministry Lift Inspections, Service Repairs and Operator Training.

ISN Canada Head Office is located in Boucherville which includes our warehouse as well as our Sales Force in Quebec. ISN Canada also has offices, warehouses and a Sales Force in Ontario and Alberta.

The Opportunity

We have a lucrative outstanding opportunity available to join our Canadian Sales Team as an Inside Seller - B to C channel, located from our Calgary, Alberta office or working remotely as required. Your success will be measured on meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.

The successful candidate will have successful previous professional sales experience in selling and closing sales opportunities by effectively accepting inbound sales calls and making outbound sales calls, being a strong and fast decision maker, identifying potential new customers, sales opportunities, solving issues and providing sales support and business opportunities and growing existing sales business.

Your goal would be to establish a strong network of accounts that are willing to build a partnership in success and growth and support our marketing and business models. Therefore, you will have to maximize your efforts to capitalize on your goals while building new sales with your set targets. You will also support the Western Inside Sales Team and the Western Regional Manager on the day-to-day business as needed.

Job Summary:

Under the coaching and supervision of the Western Regional Manager, the Inside Seller - B to C channel is primarily responsible for; making quotations, selling products, taking orders, providing follow up on quotations, coordinating shipping, freight, and installations, and acting as a selling consultant with customers, as well as coordinating repairs, inspections when needed or required. The incumbent performs all the tasks relating to sales support for equipment, parts, and service according to the assigned product range.

Main Tasks:

· Support the inbound call centre during the designated business hours.

· Answer inbound phone calls, reply to emails, and online order requests, identify customer needs, when necessary, by asking specific questions about the prospects needs, garage, equipment required, type of vehicle repaired, etc.

· Provide sales quotations on required products and process orders for customer.

· Offer options on different types of products that best suit the customer’s needs.

· Present products, quote products, handle objections, develop sales options and close sales and provide required sales follow up.

· Provide outbound sales follow-up calls with customers who have been quoted to ultimately close quoted sale opportunities.

· Manage customers back orders and coordinate shipping as needed.

· Request prices quotes from freight companies as needed or required.

· Ensure the customer email Inbox folder is always completed and up to date.

· Make credit card, check or EFT verification for all purchases as required under ISN Canada programs.

· Coordinate invoices and receipts to customers.

· Arrange required shipments under ISN Canada programs.

· Trouble shoot issues regarding customer support to the appropriate person or technical support and stay in contact with the customer to find a solution to successfully close the customer’s request in a timely manner.

· Help and assist with any other related duties required by his/her supervisor.
