What You'll Do :

  • Help clients choose insurance policies that fit their unique needs
  • Build meaningful relationships and use your communication skills to drive sales
  • Provide personalized advice and ensure clients feel valued
  • Keep organized and ensure a smooth experience for each client
  • Follow up with clients regularly to maintain satisfaction and address questions
  • Stay up-to-date with insurance trends and regulations
  • Work together with a supportive team and share best practices
  • Continuously grow and develop your skills with our training resources

  • A background in office management, sales, customer service, or hospitality (at least 2 years)
  • A passion for helping others and a willingness to learn
