Job summary

ROBINSON in Brandon, MB is seeking an Inside Sales professional to handle order processing, quotations, and customer communications by phone and email.

You will educate customers on product features, price quotes, and coordinate with Outside Sales to ensure timely delivery; strong math, organization and clear communication are essential.

• Assist with selects returns and warranties
• Prepare small to medium size job quotations
• Provide quotes by phone and email
• Source and price products per quote request
• Maintain records of job quotes
• Other duties as assigned

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email
• Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
• Process customer transactions such as orders and returns
• Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
• Communicating with Outside Sales people to update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries
• Assisting with select returns and warranties
• Prepare small to medium size job quotations
• Provide phone and email quotes to customers.
• Source and price product as per quote request.
• Maintain records of job quotes.
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
