Job summary

ROBINSON is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to support customers in our Calgary locations. You will help customers with information on plumbing products, pricing, promotions and delivery, and process orders promptly.

We value a strong customer service background, attention to detail, and good communication. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling stock and assisting shipping/receiving as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background required.
• Knowledge of plumbing products is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to customers about products, services, pricing, promotions, and delivery
