Qualifikationen

• Postsecondary education in an Engineering discipline from an accredited university, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years industrial sales experience, with exposure to seals, pumps, or rotating equipment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across assigned hubs and key accounts.
• Prepare technical sales presentations highlighting AES Canada value proposition.
• Review inquiries, understand specifications, and prepare quotes per company policy.
• Maintain sales pipeline and report core data to commercial teams.
• Conduct site visits, educate customers' engineering staff, and identify opportunities for savings and ROI.
• Coordinate training, forecast sales, and support inventory planning.
• Research prospective customers and generate new business through proactive calls.
