Job summary

AESSEAL is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive sales and account development within Ontario and across Canada, including remote engagement. You will present our sealing solutions, assess customer needs, and develop strategic opportunities with key accounts.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in industrial sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, with a focus on growth in targeted sectors. Remote work within Canada is supported.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience.
• Experience with mechanical seals, pumps or rotating equipment is essential.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Mining or related sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare and present technical sales presentations focusing on AES's value proposition.
• Review inquiries, understand specifications and prepare quotes.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and support the commercial team with reporting.
• Conduct site visits, assess equipment observations, and suggest cost-saving solutions.
