Richelieu Hardware is seeking a driven and customer-focused Industrial Sales Representative to join our Vancouver branch. You will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and develop in-depth knowledge of our hardware portfolio to support customer success.

In this on-site role, you will conduct in-person meetings, demonstrations, and negotiations, aim to meet monthly and quarterly targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales and/or business development experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and grow new accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently or with a team.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Develop product knowledge across Richelieu's hardware portfolio.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
