This role requires expertise in sourcing skilled and semi-skilled labor for manufacturing, logistics, and operations roles within the Northern Cape . You will be instrumental in building a talent pool for industrial clients and ensuring timely, efficient placements. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to effectively serve clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for a variety of industrial positions, including factory workers, technicians, and supervisors.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to the industrial sector.
