Job summary

Ledcor Industrial is seeking a Project Controls Lead to guide cost, schedule, progress, and performance on major industrial projects ranging from $50M to $1B+. You’ll mentor the project controls team, partner with operations, and drive disciplined decision-making across the project lifecycle.

This is a site-based role requiring strong systems expertise and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex in-house projects.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Progressive experience in project controls on industrial or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong scheduling experience with Primavera P6; InEight experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in contract management and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex reports in Excel for internal and external distribution.
• Oversee cost, schedule, progress, and performance on major projects.
• Mentor project controls team members in the field.
• Set up and monitor project control budgets and progress against plans.
• Support subcontract management, invoices, and progress claims.
