Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced field-oriented professional to support multi-discipline industrial projects in Canada.

You will implement Ledcor systems, assist with FIWP planning, procurement, and contract processes, and help manage project documentation on site. The role requires strong communication, reading construction documents, and proficiency in Primavera and MS Office to support scheduling and controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in industrial construction (oil & gas, power, petro-chemical, etc).
• Able to read and understand construction documents and drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Primavera) or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with key project contacts.
• Knowledge of main construction office processes: subcontract management, change management, RFIs, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains Ledcor systems and procedures through the project duration.
• Supports site HSE program through site inspections and safety meetings.
• Assists with procurement, FIWP scoping, and drafting of project documents.
• Supports contract management through tendering, technical evaluation, and invoices processing.
• Helps develop project schedule and track milestones with Project Manager/Superintendent.
• Manages contract documents, filing, and distribution per the project distribution matrix.
