Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support a major infrastructure project in Whitby, Ontario. You will lead integrated project schedules, cost control systems, financial reporting and risk management to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

You will collaborate with project leadership and cross‑functional teams to develop, implement and maintain schedules and budgets, perform cost forecasts, and provide strategic insights for decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Project Controls for large infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven expertise in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule integration.
• Experience with CMAR/Alliance/Target Price delivery models.
• Advanced Excel and Primavera P6 proficiency; ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain integrated project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare cost forecasts, financial reports, and variance analyses.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead cost control reviews and ensure adherence to financial plans.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership.
