Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Project Controls Manager to support a major infrastructure project in Whitby, Ontario. The role focuses on managing schedules, cost control systems, financial reporting, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.

You will lead the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets, conduct analyses, and provide strategic insights to support informed decisions. Site-based with occasional travel to downtown Toronto may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project Controls for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven expertise in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule integration for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of integrated project schedules using approved scheduling software.
• Manage cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting for the project.
• Identify schedule risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support schedule recovery planning.
