Job summary

Ledcor Industrial is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multi-discipline construction projects across Canada. You will gain hands-on exposure across piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, and commissioning/startup activities on large-scale projects.

Join Ledcor’s True Blue team and contribute to safety, quality, and schedule performance while coordinating RFIs, procurement, and documentation in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in industrial construction.
• Able to read and understand construction documents.
• Strong computer background including MS Office and Primavera.
• Strong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts.
• Knowledge of main construction office processes: setup, subcontract management, RFI, closeout.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains Ledcor systems and procedures through project duration.
• Performs quantity take off and supports estimating activities.
• Maintains documentation, meeting minutes, logs, drawings and specifications.
• Supports the site Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) program through inspections and safety meetings.
• Supports the Quality program through reviews and inspections.
