Qualifications

• Related experience in customer service is an asset.
• Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office.
• Solid knowledge of equipment systems and repairs.
• Strong communication with peers and supervisors.
• Committed to continuous learning.
• Strong technical background enabling collaboration with technicians and customers.
• OH&S rules and regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to resolve issues.
• Support external and internal customers with exceptional service.
• Follow safety programs and champion best practices in procedures.
• Build rapport with customers, understand their equipment and business, and provide information and solutions.
• Report customer satisfaction and trends to the service supervisor; identify leads for equipment sales.
• Mentor apprentices, provide on-the-job training, and assess competencies.
• Be organized and prepared with information, parts, and tooling before attending a site.
