Job summary

Our client seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee electrical construction on industrial projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong electrical background, Ontario Electrical Code knowledge, and proven leadership of crews.

You will supervise foremen, electricians, apprentices and subcontractors, review drawings and specs, organize daily schedules, coordinate with engineers and site

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Proven supervisory experience on industrial electrical construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical construction activities.
• Lead and manage foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure accuracy.
• Plan and organize daily/weekly schedules and manpower needs.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates or issues to management.
• Coordinate with other trades, clients, engineers, and site teams.
• Maintain documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and inspections.
