401 group companies is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction activities on industrial projects in Ontario. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.

This full-time role requires a Red Seal Electrician (or equivalent), 5+ years of electrical construction experience, and proven supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organize daily/weekly schedules and manpower needs.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates or issues to management.
• Coordinate with other trades, clients, engineers, and site teams.
• Maintain documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and inspections.

Electrical Superintendent

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee electrical construction activities on industrial projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Full-time

CA$32.87–CA$41.09 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
