An Inuit organization in Montreal seeks a team manager for the Local Justice Committee. Qualifications

• Effective communication skills in at least two languages: Inuktitut, English, and/or French.
• Demonstrates management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of social, judicial, or correctional field is an asset.
• Be reliable, autonomous, and of good moral character.
• Security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of fourteen Local Justice Committee Coordinators.
• Participate in meetings with government and outside organizations.
• Organize training for all Justice Committee Coordinators and Members.
• Conduct performance reviews and motivate team members.
