Job summary

Sephora Canada in Kamloops is seeking a Stage Experience and Services Manager, Stores to lead the store’s sales experience and all services, classes and events.

You will develop and mentor the Color, Skin, Fragrance, Cash wrap teams, oversee Services Coordinators and Senior Artists, and drive customer-focused leadership.

The compensation ranges CAD$54,800 to CAD$68,500, with potential performance bonuses, benefits and comprehensive training to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
• Proven ability to lead and build top performing teams.
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
