Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to guide in-store guest interactions and deliver technical product education that aligns with brand values. You will be part of the store leadership, driving sales and team performance while supervising on floor operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer service and experience mentoring or leading others, with a focus on inclusivity and exceptional guest connections.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring each guest receives education and assistance when needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess needs of business, team, and guests.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shift.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members for ongoing development.
